I love the look of canned fruit just after bottling it. Peaches are especially my favorite. The colors of the fruit and juice make my mouth water. I grew cantaloupe in my greenhouse for the 1st time this year. It was AMAZING. It is a good thing that I am the only one in my family that eats it because I ate it alot and loved it. The fruit were personal size so I would just open one up and eat it out of the rind with a spoon. Soooo SWEET.
