Our family tradition is fireworks at our house in the evening. We always go and get some pretty cool fire works and light them off after dark. This year we BBQ'd and hung out at the house pre-fireworks. Volleyball was a hit, I think Bob's team always won like 42 to 3, because he seemed to always be keeping score! I tried to play a little, but my knee didn't like me very much for it. It was just a fun evening chilling out before a good show. Jared & Annie, Seth & Erin, Tyler & Nicole, Cameron & Leah, Heather & Kids, Whitney & kids, Mom (Bonnie), and Bob all came out for the festivities. We missed Grandma Alice & Berta.

....AND of course the hit of the night is the firework show!
Bob was kind of lonely without his Berta by his side. She was home taking care of Grandma Alice who just got out of the hospital with a blood clot.
The fire works show is always a hit. Each year, we learn more about how to make it cooler, and safer. The 1st year we did it we tipped one of them over and you should have seen everyone run for cover. If it wasn't so scary it would have been funny. The only damage was a hole in the siding of our house. Morgan, Carson & Kelton lighting off some of the smaller ones while they get the BIG ones set and everyone finds a spot.
Shader, not sure who was getting the fireworks started at this point, because that is usually his job.
A better picture of Jenaee & Neal!
