A Spiritual Feast

I just wanted to take a moment while conference is fresh in my heart. What a powerful message of hope, faith and especially I felt teaching of love. Teaching me to be a better mother, parent and young women leader. Teaching me that all things are possible in Christ. Guiding my spirit to a better understanding of the Atonement and Resurrection of Christ. It is amazing to me that although no topic is given that most of the talks revolve around one thing. One thing that our Heavenly Father feels that we must need at this time. This time I felt an overwhelming concern for families, especially our youth. I felt guidance given to me as a parent to know how to help my children build their testimonies. I want to make sure my children know that I have a testimony. I want my children to be able to say as the 2000 Stripling Warriors "We did not doubt our mothers knew it". I want to dig into family history. It is something I have always wanted to do but never knew where to start. They made it sound easy with the new family search, I'm ready! I'm excited! I am so thankful we have a prophet here on earth. What a powerful blessing he left on us from our Father in Heaven. I felt as if Heavenly Father was speaking directly to us.
